In September 2024 Hurricane Helene devastated communities across the Southeast. Two faith-based organizations, Convoy of Hope and Samaritan's Purse, rapid response continues to bring relief and restoration. Through $30,000 in combined God-Sized Vision Fund investment, both organizations are restoring homes, rebuilding lives, and sharing the hope of Jesus in word and deed. Convoy of Hope has distributed over 5.2 million pounds of relief supplies, serving 270,000 people in 85 communities. From disaster relief to community outreaches, they've provided food, clean water, and critical aid, standing beside survivors for the long haul. Samaritan's Purse launched the largest civilian-led air mission in U.S. history, delivering aid to 160 communities through 358 airlifts and 242 ground deliveries. Nearly 30,000 volunteers have helped 7,000 families, with 439 individuals coming to faith during recovery efforts.
