In Community by Community (ICBC) is transforming rural Eswatini, Africa through a holistic, locally led ministry model. Rooted in the belief that lasting change begins within, ICBC plants churches in rural villages by the people who live there. Each site includes a pastor's home, a combined church and preschool, a clean water source, and a sustainability project. These churches provide education, health, and job training, helping communities become self-sufficient within two years. Led by local pastors, ICBCs are fostering dignity, stability, and hope; empowering Eswatini's villages to build their own brighter future. To date, 44 ICBC sites have been established across Eswatini, including four added during the 2024–2025 ministry year. Over the past year, ICBC ministries also drilled eight wells, recorded 1,141 salvations and 28 baptisms, welcomed more than 100,000 in Sunday attendance, and served 638,000 meals. A combined investment of $271,467 from the God-Sized Vision Fund and private donors continue to drive lasting spiritual and community transformation.
