New Frontiers Health Force

New Frontiers Health Force is a faith-based, non-profit organization that has spent the past 20 years doing global medical missions work. They provide health care, disaster relief, and education, as well as promoting hope to volunteer teams in 35 countries.

Power had become critical in the village where New Frontiers Health Force operates a hospital with a maternity ward and an elementary school. After being without power for two weeks and having to run on small generators for emergency purposes only, they reached out to CLC to ask for help.

The GSV grant will allow them to install solar panels and upgrade the electric powering all four quadrants of their compound.

Solar power has changed the way New Frontiers Health Force provides medical care for their patients. No more deciding which baby gets oxygen. No more wondering if they will be doing delicate procedures by flashlight. No more sleepless nights crying because they cannot access life-saving equipment. Now the light shines in the darkness to the thousands of Masai people New Frontier Health Forces serves throughout the year.
