Raising Up a Generation of Prayer Warriors

The Dayton Student House of Prayer (DSHOP), located in downtown Dayton, is a unique ministry dedicated to deepening prayer and worship. Once housed in a bar tied to sex trafficking, the historic building has been transformed into a sanctuary where students and community members encounter God's presence and power. This summer, Christian Life Center partnered with DSHOP through an Above and Beyond grant to provide scholarships for their Ohio Signs & Wonders Camp. The camp equips students to discover their God-given identity, learn to hear His voice, and grow in worship, prayer, and trust in the Holy Spirit. The $3,000 Above and Beyond investment made it possible for 10 students who otherwise could not have attended to experience the camp in full. In total, 67 middle school students and 37 high school and college students participated, each discovering more deeply God's love for them and being equipped to live confidently in that truth.
