Samaria Serve

Samaria Serve was born out of the desire to continue serving CLC’s partner churches, supported organizations and the community with monthly serving opportunities.

GSV Impact: This year our Samaria Serve projects included creating a parking lot for Gethsemane Church of God in Christ; cleaning out raised garden beds at Victory Projects’ West Campus; deep cleaning Compassion First at the Crossroads’ new building; working beside the men of Good Shepherd Ministries to clean up their neighborhood; and assisted New Hope Church with their Trunk or Treat, Thanksgiving Dinner, and Christmas Shoppe.

About God-Sized Vision
The God-Sized Vision Fund was created by the CLC Board and allocates 25% of the church’s annual operating budget for Kingdom-minded expansion projects. Since its inception, the GSV fund has provided much needed resources for local service projects like LoveDayton, church plants across the U.S., global food and supply programs, building projects, and much more.
